institutional home gym supports 500 pounds.
The monorail and
cushion have both been lengthened to provide more room and comfort when

DELUXE CHROME PLATED PULL-UP PUSH-UP BAR This attachment is used for an assortment of upper body exercises including: pull-ups, chin-ups, shoulder press, behind neck press and push-ups.

BICEP CURL PRESS BAR -
One of the most popular attachments is the Bicep Curl Press Bar. This
bar is interchangeable with the conventional twin handle system, which
makes the Total Trainer® more versatile. |

POWER BAR
The power bar allows you to add standard free weights to the Total
Trainer®. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance
while performing exercises such as leg squats, calf raises, etc. |

ADVANCED AB PRO (SIT-UP) STRAP
The Pro AB strap has been reshaped & lengthened to give you more
control. This new creative design gives a more comfortable feel to the
shoulders and neck while allowing you to concentrate on developing

SIT-UP FOOT TRAYS
The sit-up foot trays will accommodate most shoe sizes and are used for
sit-ups, leg curls and rowing exercises. This feature is standard

Extra Large Heavy Duty Squat Board - 5.5" Taller & 4" Wider The
extra large squat board is 5 1/2" taller and 4" wider than the standard
squat board. This upgraded attachment is included with the Chrome
DLX-III and all Total Trainer Power Pro® gyms and is used for leg
squats, calf raises and many other exercises.

FOLDS AND ROLLS
The Total Trainer® folds and rolls for easy storage. Other machines are
complicated to learn and cannot be tucked away. It easily folds up in a
matter of seconds and rolls for trouble free storage.

Testing has shown that the safest and
quickest way to reshape and define your hips, thighs and buttocks is by
concentrating on one muscle group at a time.
Double Stitched Cushion
The cushion has been upgraded with a top grade high density foam.
Unlike other cushions which are 1" to 1.5" thick, Total Trainer®
cushions are a full 2" thick. Many exercises are performed with your
knees on the cushion. The thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to
the knees.

Circuit Training is "a
method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to
another, usually in a series of different stations or pieces of
equipment." NOW you can do circuit training using just ONE
piece of equipment. Circuit training can give you all the essentials at
one time ... increasing heart rate and improving overall cardiovascular
endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Strength Training
To reach your optimum health and fitness level, strength training is a
definite must. Strength training is exercising with resistance. The
Total Trainer® utilizes your body weight for resistance, eliminating the
need for heavy weights.

You can be your own personal trainer. Each Total Trainer® comes with
exercise cards that allow you to personalize and track your training
program.
